  • What type of services can I book through EMS?

    You can book Seated Chair Massages, Yoga & Meditation Session as well as Wellbeing Days with us.

  • Which cities and areas can I book in?

    Our express wellbeing therapies can be organised at companies, business parks, co-working locations as well as universities all around London, Reading, Maidenhead and Slough.

  • Why should I choose EMS?

    We carefully screen and select  our panel of highly experienced, qualified and skilled service providers and conduct in-depth interviews to ensure that all our team members are dedicated to providing a high quality, engaging and friendly service. 

  • Do we need to be a big business to afford regular massage therapies?

    Certainly not!  We support businesses of all sizes, including those with less than even 10 employees. 

    Small teams can often reap even greater physical and emotional benefits from regular massage because your employees are likely working extremely hard and may be doing the work of more than one person. 


  • Can we get a discount on your prices?

    We can provide you with a customized quote based on the type  and frequency of services required.

  • How much notice do we need before a booking?

    Atleast four weeks would be preferred. However, we can promptly let you know if our therapists can be available on the required date.

  • Can I re-book the same providers?

    Yes in most cases. However sometimes a specific provider may not be available on your chosen date, in that case we will provide you with a different therapist. All our therapists are experienced and professionally qualified, so be rest assured!

  • What happens in case of a last minute cancelation by the therapist?

    We will try our best to provide you with an alternate therapist or a revised schedule. Failing to do so, we will reimburse you the fees for the service as would be agreed in the terms of engagement.

  • How can your services help?

  • How can your services support our employees?

    Our services have been specifically designed to help employees unwind, relax, feel refreshed and  productive in their day to day routine. We offer quick and easily accessible services which can be effectively utilised by employees during  their work day.In the long term, companies have experienced high levels of productivity, engagement and a positive workforce by incorporating wellbeing services.

  • What happens if we want to reschedule the booked service day?

    We would require at least 48 hours notice to reschedule the booked service day. If not possible, you may be liable for cancellation fees as would be agreed in the terms of engagements.
