Seated Guided Meditation:
This is a twenty to thirty minute practice that involves focussing on breathing, scanning through bodily sensations, setting out intentions through visualisation and expressing gratitude.
Yoga Nidra:
Yoga Nidra is a form of deep yogic sleep meditation where the body is still and the mind is alert and awake. It is a paradoxical state of being between sleep and consciousness that's conducive to deep emotional and physical healing, rewiring your brain, and self-exploration. The practice involves setting an intention, becoming aware of our breath and body, visualisation and then reintegrating with our present moment. The practice lasts for about 30 minutes.
Gentle Yoga flow:
A gentle yoga flow workshop offers nurturing, kindness and compassion for the body. The workshop comprises of yogic breathing exercises, asanas, stretches and relaxation sleep. This practice involves slower movement and longer held stretches that help to reduce the muscle tension, improve blood circulation and increase flexibility and mobility.
Participants are expected to wear comfortable workout clothes and use a mat for this practice. This session can be organised for 30 to 45 minutes.
Chair Yoga:
This practice is similar to the Gentle Yoga flow described above, except that we focus on seated and standing postures, aided with the support of a chair. Suitable for all levels.
Stretch:
This is a shorter version (20-30 minutes) of the Gentle Yoga flow workshop, focussed mainly on holding body stretches for a longer period so as to release the toxins and improve the mobility and blood circulation in the body.

Twenty to thirty minutes of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to two hours of deep sleep.

Our express wellbeing therapies can be organized at companies, business parks, co-working locations as well as universities all around London, Reading, Maidenhead and Slough.
Yes in most cases. However sometimes a specific provider may not be available on your chosen date, in that case we will provide you with a different therapist. All our therapists are experienced and professionally qualified, so be rest assured!
We don't usually provide mats. But it will depend on the location and the provider. We can let you know when we discuss your requirements.
We recommend comfortable active wear for Yoga Sessions as it requires stretching and bending of the body. For meditation sessions, you can wear your usual work attire provided it is comfortable to sit for about 30 - 40 minutes.

For the maximum benefits, we recommend that you attend the full length of the session. It will also help to avoid distraction to your fellow colleagues.
